Yes. We provide complete travel logistics — airport pickups and drop-offs at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, domestic flight bookings between parks, and all ground transfers throughout your safari. We handle every detail so you can focus on enjoying the adventure.

A typical day begins with an early wake-up (5:30–6am) for the magical golden-hour game drive. Return for breakfast at 9–10am, then a midday rest during the hottest part of the day (animals rest too!). Afternoon game drives begin around 3:30pm and continue to sunset around 6–7pm. Evenings are spent at camp with dinner under the stars.

We recommend: neutral-coloured lightweight clothing (khaki, beige, olive), a light fleece or jacket for early mornings and high-altitude stops, comfortable closed shoes, sunscreen (SPF 50+), insect repellent, a quality camera with extra batteries, binoculars, and any personal medications. We send every guest a comprehensive packing list after booking.

Most nationalities can obtain a Tanzania Tourist Visa online (e-Visa) before travel, or on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and safari activities. We can advise on the best options based on your nationality and specific itinerary.
